Richard has been cast as Trevor in the new comedy pilot Stand By Your Booth filming in January.

In December he was seen in an episode of Showcase's Lost Girl. In October he completed working on an epsiode of Nikita for Warner Bros.

In the summer of 2011 Richard played The Father in the North American premiere of the UK hit York/London play, The Railway Children directed by Damian Cruden.

In March he played the lead role of Conrad in the short movie Dreadful Sorry, a civil war ghost story directed by Robert Richmond.

Last year Richard played Kemp in Morri Panych's Vigil at the Sudbury Theatre Centre directed by David Savoy.

He divides his time between Canada, the United States and the UK.
